Terms & Conditions

This website belongs to Happy Learning, an educational resources project for families and the English-language home of Aprende y Crece Conmigo. By using it, you agree to the terms explained here. If you have any questions, write to us at contacto@aprendeycrececonmigo.com.

What you'll find on this site

We publish and share educational resources: printable activities and paperback activity books. Each product page states its format, what's included and the language of the material.

Where purchases are made

This site does not process payments. Purchases are always completed on the corresponding platform:

• Digital resources are sold through Hotmart, which charges the payment, issues the receipt, delivers access to the product and applies its refund policy.
• Paperback books are sold through Amazon, which sets the price, handles shipping and applies its own return policy.
• Products from my Etsy shop are sold through Etsy, under its own terms.

When you buy, you also accept that platform's terms. For payments, access, receipts or refunds, their support team can help you sooner and better than we can. You can still write to us if something isn't resolved.

Use of the materials

Our resources are for personal and family use. You can download, print and reuse them as many times as you like with your own children or the children in your care.

You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to other platforms or use them as part of your own product. If you're a teacher or work with groups and want to use them in your classroom, write to us and we'll work it out.

Educational nature of the resources

Our resources are for educational and informational purposes and are meant as support tools for families. They do not replace evaluations, diagnoses, therapy or recommendations from health, education or child development professionals. Every child has their own pace; if you're concerned about your child's development, please consult a professional.

Third-party content

This site links to external platforms such as Hotmart, Amazon, Etsy and our social media. We don't control their content or terms and are not responsible for them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when something about the project changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
